Each piece is handmade, carefully packed and sent from Auckland, New Zealand.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Made-to-order and custom pieces may take around 3-7 business days to create before dispatch, depending on the design and material availability.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been sent.

New Zealand delivery

New Zealand delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Rural addresses may take a little longer, so please allow extra time for rural delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weekends, public holidays, rural delivery times or circumstances outside of our control.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be carefully packed to help keep it protected during delivery.

If your order is a gift, you are welcome to leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to make it feel extra special.
