Thank you for supporting Maison Beinera, a small handmade jewellery brand based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Each piece is handmade, carefully packed and sent from Auckland, New Zealand.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Made-to-order and custom pieces may take around 3-7 business days to create before dispatch, depending on the design, size, material availability and order volume.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

New Zealand delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand.

New Zealand delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Rural addresses may take a little longer, so please allow extra time for rural delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Incorrect delivery details

Maison Beinera is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the parcel has been sent.
