Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting Maison Beinera, a small handmade jewellery brand based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Each piece is handmade or carefully finished by hand, so we kindly ask you to choose thoughtfully before placing your order.

Change of mind

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if an item is no longer wanted.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing, including the materials, size, care instructions and product notes.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

your order number
a clear description of the issue
clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and do our best to help.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Return conditions

If a return is approved, the item must be:

unworn and unused
in its original condition
returned with its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Handmade variations

Each piece is handmade with care, so slight variations may occur in bead placement, colour, shape and finish.

Natural stones and freshwater pearls may also vary in tone, texture, shape, surface and lustre. These small differences are part of their natural beauty and handmade character, and are not considered faults.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Please note

Our jewellery is designed as delicate fashion jewellery rather than everyday fine jewellery. Damage caused by incorrect care, water exposure, perfume, lotions, sweat, pulling, stretching, dropping, sleeping, showering, swimming or exercising while wearing the piece is not considered a fault.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
